I love incorporating oats into different foods because they are so nutritious. Oats are packed with so many nutrients that are great for overall development. Check out this article from Healthline about some other great benefits of oats.

Usually, when we think of oats, we immediately think of oatmeal. I love oatmeal, but my little guys would get pretty tired of it if I were to serve it too often. I love flavoring oatmeal with different fruits and spices to change up the flavors, but it isn’t exactly the easiest food to serve. Breakfast can get pretty messy when I serve my boys oatmeal, so it isn’t a meal I serve frequently. Our highchair tray usually looks something like this after I serve oatmeal:
