Course: Breakfast, Snack
Cuisine: American
Servings: 4 mini (4 oz) drinks
- 1 cup plain whole milk Greek yogurt or plain dairy-free alternative
- 1 cup chopped strawberries
- ⅓ cup milk
- 1 tbsp maple syrup optional - adjust to taste to omit or add more as needed
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until completely smooth. You may need to shake/scrape down the sides of your blender to make sure the yogurt is fully incorporated. If your mixture seems thick, add a little more milk.
Taste the blended mixture and adjust the amount of maple syrup added as needed.
Pour into mini bottles and serve.
- If your mixture seems thick while blending, add in a little more milk. You'll want the consistency to be pretty liquid-like so that it's easy to pour and easy to drink.
- I love storing these yogurt drinks in these mini 4 oz glass bottles for a quick grab-and-go option. These glass silicone cups are great to use if serving the yogurt drink on the spot and I love that they include a silicone sleeve to protect it from any possible spills and falls.
- You will notice that the drink will separate when stored in the fridge, but that's perfectly normal! When you are ready to drink it, just give it a quick shake and you'll be good to go! If you plan to store them in mini bottles, don't fill them to the top and leave a little space off so that you'll have room to shake the drink when ready to serve.
