Ingredients

  • 8 - 10 strawberries
  • ¼ cup plain whole milk Greek yogurt
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  • Remove the stems from the strawberries.
  • Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until completely smooth. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more milk. If the mixture is too runny, add a little more ice or a couple of extra strawberries.
  • Taste the smoothie and adjust to taste as needed. Pour into cups and serve!

Notes

  • Adjust the sweetness depending on the ripeness of your strawberries.
  • Make sure to blend the smoothie until it is completely smooth and there are no chunks remaining. I love using this nutribullet blender combo to blend the mixture into a smooth consistency.
  • I love serving these smoothies in these toddler glass tumbler jars with silicone sleeves. They are the perfect size smoothie servings for little ones and are easy for them to grip and hold!
