- 1 cup chopped strawberries, divided
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or more to taste
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats
- ½ cup plain whole milk Greek yogurt
Add ½ cup chopped strawberries, milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to a blender and blend until smooth.
Transfer the blended strawberry mixture to a jar or an airtight container. Add the rolled oats and Greek yogurt, then stir thoroughly until well combined.
Fold in the remaining ½ cup chopped strawberries. Cover the container and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight so the oats soften and absorb the liquid.
