Ingredients

Strawberry Yogurt Tubes

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup chopped strawberries
  • 1 - 2 tbsp maple syrup

Mango Banana Yogurt Tubes

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup diced mango
  • ½ cup sliced banana

Mixed Berry Yogurt Tubes

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup mixed berries note: you may want to pass blended mixed berries through a seive before mixing in with the yogurt to remove seeds.
  • 1 - 2 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions

  • Add the fruits and maple syrup to a blender and blend until completely smooth.
  • Add the Greek yogurt into the blender with the pureed fruit and lightly pulse it a few times until it is combined. You may also stir it in by hand. Avoid over-blending the mixture because this may result in a very liquid-like consistency. Lightly pulsing the mixture helps to ensure that it remains thick, similar to the consistency of store-bought yogurt tubes.
  • Taste the blended mixture and adjust the amount of maple syrup added as needed.
  • Pour the mixture into disposable or reusable tubes and store them in the fridge.

Notes

  • If your mixture seems too liquidy, you can stir in a little more yogurt to help with the consistency. The yogurt will also slightly thicken when stored in the fridge, or you can freeze them for a few minutes to help achieve a thicker texture.
  • If you prefer a smoother texture for the mixed berry flavor, I recommend passing the blended berry mixture through a sieve first to remove the seeds before mixing in the yogurt.
  • You can also pour the yogurt mixture into reusable pouches for homemade yogurt pouches!
