BBQ Chicken Naan Pizza
If you're ever in need of a quick weeknight dinner that’ll please the whole family, these BBQ chicken naan pizzas are it. They're made with store-bought naan, shredded chicken, tangy BBQ sauce, and melty cheese. They're a family favorite that comes together in just 20 minutes!

- 2 Naan flatbreads
- ½ cup BBQ sauce
- 1 cup shredded colby jack cheese
- 1 cup cooked, shredded chicken
- 1/4 cup sliced red onions
- 2 - 3 tbsp chopped cilantro
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (204 degrees C).
Add the shredded chicken and 2 tablespoons of BBQ sauce to a small bowl. Mix gently until the chicken is lightly coated with the sauce.
Place the naan flatbreads on a large baking sheet. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of BBQ sauce on each flatbread, leaving about a border around the edges.
Evenly sprinkle the shredded cheese on top of the BBQ sauce.
Top some of the BBQ-coated shredded chicken and sliced red onions on top of each pizza. Drizzle a little extra BBQ sauce on top of each pizza.
Bake the pizzas for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the cheese has fully melted and the crusts are golden brown. Sprinkle each pizza with chopped cilantro and serve.
- If possible, opt for grating cheese yourself from a block of cheese for the best melt when baking.
- Feel free to customize these pizzas with your favorite toppings! Bacon crumbles and hot honey make great additions.
- Check on the pizzas right at the 10-minute mark to ensure that they do not get too charred.
- If you prefer a crispier crust, bake the naan pizzas on their own, without any toppings, for 5 minutes, or until the edges start to get crispy. Let the crusts cool for a couple of minutes, then add the toppings.
