Course: Appetizer, Snack
Cuisine: American
Servings: 1.25 cups
- 1 small avocado cut into chunks
- 1 cup whole mik cottage cheese 4% milkfat
- 2 tbsp milk
- ½ tsp dried parsley
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ⅛ tsp salt
Scoop the avocado flesh into a high-powered blender. Add cottage cheese, milk, dried parsley, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt.
Blend until smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.
Taste and adjust seasonings to your liking. For a thinner dip, add a tiny bit more milk. Chill for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to develop. Serve with veggies or crackers.
- Use a ripe avocado for the best flavor and creaminess.
- Start with a small amount of milk and add more as needed to reach your preferred consistency. For a thicker dip (great for spreading on toast), use less milk. For a thinner, dippable texture, add a little extra.
- Let the dip chill before serving, it tastes even better once the flavors come together.
