Ingredients

  • 1 small avocado cut into chunks
  • 1 cup whole mik cottage cheese 4% milkfat
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • ½ tsp dried parsley
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • tsp salt

Instructions

  • Scoop the avocado flesh into a high-powered blender. Add cottage cheese, milk, dried parsley, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.
  • Taste and adjust seasonings to your liking. For a thinner dip, add a tiny bit more milk. Chill for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to develop. Serve with veggies or crackers.

Notes

  • Use a ripe avocado for the best flavor and creaminess.
  • Start with a small amount of milk and add more as needed to reach your preferred consistency. For a thicker dip (great for spreading on toast), use less milk. For a thinner, dippable texture, add a little extra.
  • Let the dip chill before serving, it tastes even better once the flavors come together.
