Ingredients

  • cup almond flour
  • cup almond butter
  • cup raisins
  • 2 tbsp unsweetenend cocoa powder

Optional Add-ins/Coatings

  • 2 - 3 tbsp mini chocolate chips
  • crushed freeze dried strawberries
  • finely crushed chopped nuts

Instructions

  • Add the almond flour, almond butter, cocoa powder, and raisins to a food processor and pulse until it forms a thick dough. You will want to pulse until the bits of raisins are no longer visible and the dough mixture is smooth.
  • If you are adding in chocolate chips, use a spoon to mix them into the dough until combined.
  • Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture and roll it into a ball. If needed, use your hands to press the mixture together as you roll it into a ball
  • Place the balls on a parchment paper-lined plate or pan. If desired, roll the balls into your favorite coatings.
