Ingredients

  • 1 large banana, sliced and frozen
  • ½ cup cooked sliced carrots
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup optional for added sweetness
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ground ginger
  • tsp ground nutmeg

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until completely smooth. If the mixture is thick and hard to blend, add a little more milk.
  • Taste the smoothie and adjust to taste as needed. Pour into cups and serve!

Notes

  • Make sure to use an overripe banana for the best natural sweetness.
  • Make sure to blend the smoothie until it is completely smooth and there are no chunks remaining. I love using this nutribullet blender combo to blend the mixture into a smooth consistency.
  • I love serving these smoothies in these toddler glass tumbler jars with silicone sleeves. They are the perfect size smoothie servings for little ones and easy for them to grip and hold!
