Yogurt Bark

This frozen yogurt bark is a mess-free way of enjoying yogurt with all of your favorite toppings. It is a refreshing sweet treat that your little ones are sure to love!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups full fat whole milk Greek yogurt
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • ¼ cup sliced strawberries
  • ¼ cup sliced blueberries
  • ¼ cup crushed granola
  • ¼ cup shredded coconut flakes

Instructions

  • In a bowl, stir together the maple syrup and yogurt. Once combined, spread out onto a parchment paper lined tray into a rectangular shape.
  • Slice the berries and spread them out all over the yogurt.
  • Sprinkle all over with granola, shredded coconut, and any of your favorite toppings.
  • Place the pan in a freezer for 2 hours and slice into small squares.
  • Transfer the squares to a freezer safe ziploc bag or container to store!

Notes

  • This is a great snack for teething babies and soothing little gums!
  • Prior to serving, let the yogurt bark sit at room temperature for 2-3 minutes so that it can slightly soften and not be too hard for your little one to take bites from.
  • Do not leave the yogurt bark at room temperature for too long because it will melt. Store the bark pieces in the freezer.
  • Make sure to transfer the yogurt bark to a freezer safe ziploc bag or container as soon as it fully hardens. This will help prevent it from getting freezer burnt.
  • Feel free to adjust the amount of maple syrup used to your liking. You can add in more or less maple syrup as needed. Taste the yogurt after mixing it with the maple syrup and adjust the sweetness level as needed.
  • If you choose to add granola, make sure to avoid granola that contains honey for babies under the age of 1.
