Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh green beans
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  • Wash the green beans and pat dry.
  • Coat the green beans with oil, garlic powder, and black pepper. Salt may be added after removing baby's portion.
  • Place the green beans in the air fryer basket. Try to make sure that the green beans do not overlap too much.
  • Cook the green beans at 370 degrees F for 7 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through. If you would like softer green beans, add an extra 1-2 minutes.

Notes

  • Make sure not to overcrowd the air fryer basket. If the basket is too full, the green beans will not cook evenly. I love this size and functionality of this ninja air fryer!
  • If you prefer softer green beans, add a few minutes to the cook time. When making them for my little guys, I usually air fry the green beans for 9-10 minutes to make them more tender.
  • After removing baby’s portion, toss the green beans with a little salt to taste for everyone else!
